Commercially, reverse osmosis is employed for applications like restaurants, coffee shops, and ice-making machines with a daily capacity ranging from 50 to 800 kg. It features membrane filtration technology designed to diminish dissolved solids in water.
Maintenance costs are incurred through regular replacement of the filters to prevent clogging.
Using RO filter for the first time
Turn on the water supply and open the RO faucet,check for leakage of air or water,do not open the tank valve;in few minutes the water starts dripping out of the RO faucet;close the RO faucet and let the water get fully collected in the tank,the pump stops.Once collected in tank,drain all water by keeping the faucet on for few more minutes till it is completely drained.Upon completely drained close the faucet and let the water get collected in few hours depending on the water pressure.
Now you can enjoy safe and clean drinking water from the second step;do check regularly for leaks;monitor and change the cartridges regularly.

Cartridges and function
1. Sediment Filter 20" SL 5 Micron - This PP cartridge that stains out physical impurities,suspended particles,sediments and rust present in water.
2. Carbon Block Filter 20"SL - This active carbon filter cartridge helps to remove 99% of chlorine and organic chemicals with dirt,odor or color in water,making it safer to drink.
3. UDF filter 20 SL"- This UDF resin filter is made of positive ion,helps soften the water;it also helps to improve the smell and taste in water.
4. Membrane filter -This RO membrane filter helps filtering germ,virus,bacteria,corpuscle,heavy metal,other solute and chemical from tap water.
5. Post active carbon filter-The inline active carbon post filter provides the final mineralizing to make water crystal clear.
6. Ultra Violet Light - Remove bacterial contamination .
In the event of damage or any issues, we have readily available spare parts, eliminating the need to replace the entire system.

Installation
Typically, we conduct a site visit for installation to assess whether your area is compatible with the water system. During this visit, we examine the presence of a booster pump system to ensure synchronization with the water system tailored to your daily requirements.
Warranty
We provide a one-year warranty for the filter system, excluding consumables related to operation. Any damage and repairs within that period are free of charge. However, in the case of misuse or improper handling that leads to equipment damage, we will assess the situation and charge for the damaged parts. For the pump system, we offer a six-month warranty.
How much is your installation cost?
The installation cost differs based on the product and the type of installation required. Typically, we evaluate your specific situation and suggest the optimal solution to streamline all aspects, including storage tank, booster system, and the maintenance backwash for backwashable filters.
For smaller filtration systems, we calculate the cost of pipes and fittings based on consumption, taking into account the materials used.
Can you do site inspection?
We are delighted to perform an inspection to evaluate your current situation; however, there will be a minimum charge of 500, with variations based on location. This fee is designed to cover transportation costs and the initial study of your water system.
